TasteMoreNew(TMN) takes immense pride for its association with AIIMS, Bhubaneswar and
serving great minds of India. It was indeed a moment of great joy and equally
challenging when TMN grabbed the opportunity to provide its catering services
for the students of this premier national medical college with international
repute.
AIIMS,
Bhubaneswar produces world-class doctors and researchers, who are really
caretakers of the humanity. The students of this institute are among the brightest students in the
world. They are more health conscious than anyone else. They guide
people how to maintain good health and consume proper food. When it comes to
their dieting, it is quite natural that they are utmost cautious. They always
look for quality foods, even though they are away from their homes.
TMN
was launched in February 2015. It was selected by AIIMS, Bhubaneswar to offer
catering services for students' hostel in November last year. Before us,
different caterers have served the students. Each caterer has its unique
features and limitations. The offer was highly challenging for us as we had to
meet needs of students, who are from different parts of the country and having
visibly difference in their dieting habits.
Although
TMN is less than a year old, its team members have good experience in catering
services. They know the hotel industry very closely and see the changes being
taking place in this dynamic industry.
For TMN, catering does not mean only serving good
food. It means a lot – how to behave, how to create strong relationship with
people, how to create home-like environment, how to maintain cleanliness and
many more.
With
our hard work, humility and teamwork, TMN could able to get rid of tremendous
odds during the initial days of its operations at AIIMS. The
students, faculties and other staff members of this institute are friendly,
professional and straight forward. Their time-to-time feedbacks have helped us
a lot in understanding the collective needs and expectations of the institution,
and reinforces us the significance of hard work.
At the end, we are writing on the wall very
correctly that 'AIIMS, Bhubaneswar is a big dream'. And big dreams are build on
strong fundamentals. After all, it is the attitude that decides the altitude.
